5 month transformation. Left: night before ArnoldsAu. Right: last week.
From IFBB BiKini model to soon to be WBFF Fitness athlete. 5 months ago: wasn't allowed to lift weights as I was "to big" already.. had to continue to downsize, calories 1000 if I was lucky, shit load of plyometrics and cardio based workouts. No flexing on stage "hide your shoulders" no pump no carb loads... this isn't what you call enjoying the sport you do. Was preaching something I'm totally against.
I'm now doing what my body loves to do! Train and eat!! 3 weeks out from my first WBFF comp, lifting like a beast, eating 2500 calories, minimal cardio and absolutely embracing my prep! Empowered!
Lesson: fuck what ppl say, do what is right for you! Step away from the crowd and do your own thing! Dont ever let someone tell you to change something you believe in!
